CHRISTMAS SHIPPING: To receive products in time for Christmas orders must be received by midnight Monday the 17th. Orders will ship out on Tuesday the 18th for delivery by the 20th.

NEW YEAR'S SHIPPING: Orders placed between December 18th and 25th will ship on Wednesday the 26th for arrival by the 28th. Orders placed between the 26th of December and January 1st will ship on January 2nd for delivery by the 4th.

WE SHIP ONLY ON TUESDAYS. This is to allow us time to manufacture and freeze your shipment to ensure quality and freshness. EXAMPLE: if you order on Tuesday your order will be shipped the following Tuesday with arrival on either Wednesday or Thursday depending on where it is being shipped to.

If you live in one of the following states you can ship with UPS GROUND and it will arrive within 2 days of it's shipping day: AL, DE, GA, IL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA, WV, WI

If you live in AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, HI, ID, KS, LA, ME, MA, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OK, OR, RI, SD, TX, UT, VT, WA, WY you must ship with 2-day AIR to ensure our products will arrive frozen and stay fresh.
